By participating in this contest, you agree to the following rules and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.

  • Employees, officers, and representatives of the contest organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

  • No purchase is necessary to enter.

  • To enter, participants must provide the following information:

    • Valid email address

    • Valid phone number

    • First and last name

  • All entries must be submitted electronically through the designated entry platform (e.g., website, email submission, or social media) as specified by the contest organizer.

  • Entries must be received by June 30th, 2026. Late or incomplete entries will not be considered.

  • You must subscribe to our email list to be eligible; entering automatically subscribes you to our email list.

3. Entry Limit

  • One entry per person. Multiple entries by the same individual using different email addresses, phone numbers, or other identifying information will result in disqualification.

4. Prize

  • Two winners of a Pine Ridge BBQ sample pack.

  • Approximate retail value of the prize: $19 each plus shipping.

  • The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided. If the prize cannot be used, it will be forfeited, and no compensation will be provided.

5. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or around 7/1/2026.

  • The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 48 hours of the drawing.

  • The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Conditions of Participation

  • By entering, participants agree to comply with all contest rules and to be bound by the decisions of the contest organizer, which are final.

  • By submitting an entry, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Release of Liability

  • The contest organizer, its affiliates, and agents are not responsible for any technical issues, misdirected, incomplete, or lost entries, or any other issues that may prevent participation in the contest.

  • By participating, the entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the contest organizer, its affiliates, and employees from any liability, claim, or damage arising out of participation or the acceptance and use of the prize.

8. Privacy

  • Information collected from participants (email, phone, name) will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and contacting the winner.

  • Personal information will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent.

9. General Conditions

  • The contest organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond their control impair the integrity of the contest.

  • Void where prohibited by law.
